Requirements
- Experience optimizing data structures using Salesforce custom objects.
- Proficiency in designing and configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to develop and implement Salesforce Flows, triggers, and notifications.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certifications.
- Ability to read and update APEX code.
- Demonstrated experience managing concurrent requests for system enhancements and bug fixes.
- Experience building AI-assisted automations or agents in a professional context.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for troubleshooting and configuration strategies.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Systematic approach to documentation and playbook maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Execute essential system enhancements and resolve process issues for customer experience teams.
- Configure Salesforce processes, reports, and dashboards to visualize operational metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of operational updates from vetting to configuration and enablement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and gain consensus for system modifications.
- Maintain playbook documentation to ensure process consistency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve data integrity and system efficiency.
