Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing or admin support roles
- Proven experience handling 60+ customer interactions per day for 6+ consecutive months
- 2+ years of experience using Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, or similar CRM platforms
- Willingness to complete a training assessment during the recruitment process
- Professional home office setup
- Reliable internet connection
Responsibilities
- Own inbound/outbound coverage across phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Manage appointments end-to-end including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, reminders, and service recovery
- Maintain CRM and help desk data, including notes, tags, statuses, and follow-up tasks
- Perform routine franchise administrative duties to support operations managers
- Execute escalation processes for billing, complaints, and franchisee issues based on standard operating procedures
