Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on professional Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, IF formulas).
- Demonstrated experience cleaning, normalizing, and validating datasets using formula-based methods.
- Ability to build structured, replicable Excel models.
- Professional experience conducting outbound phone calls to US-based business contacts.
- C1+ English proficiency (spoken and written) for direct phone communication.
- Located in LATAM and available to work within ±1 hour of US Eastern Time.
- Ability to commit to a Monday–Friday, US Eastern business hours schedule (including 8:45 AM ET standup).
- Prior experience in management consulting or boutique advisory firm is preferred.
- Hands-on procurement or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation is a plus.
- Prior exposure to e-procurement or sourcing platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean, normalize, and validate supplier, product, and quantity datasets using formula-based methods in Excel.
- Perform sanity-checks on data quality and compare extracted data against source documents.
- Build structured, replicable Excel models for team use.
- Conduct outbound phone calls and email follow-up with US-based suppliers to maintain engagement.
- Own client accounts end-to-end within 90 days, including back-end operations and independent communication.
