Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in wealth management, advisor coaching, field enablement, or advisor-facing consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong working knowledge of share of wallet concepts and held-away asset dynamics.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead sessions with experienced advisors and Managing Partners without a script.
  • CFP or equivalent professional credential preferred.
  • Familiarity with eMoney, Salesforce-adjacent tools, and Aspen preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to field markets as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full Relationship Expansion activation cycles in assigned markets from diagnostic through close.
  • Serve as the primary field presence for program portfolio delivery, including Workshops and 1:1 coaching.
  • Partner with Senior Director on market plans and strategic planning with Managing Partners.
  • Deliver coaching on share of wallet, held-away asset conversations, and opportunity-specific language.
  • Track advisor progress and surfacing patterns in objection handling and pipeline conversion.
  • Contribute to program design, coaching module development, and field messaging.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and provide market-level engagement reporting.
