Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in wealth management, advisor coaching, field enablement, or advisor-facing consulting.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong working knowledge of share of wallet concepts and held-away asset dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead sessions with experienced advisors and Managing Partners without a script.
- CFP or equivalent professional credential preferred.
- Familiarity with eMoney, Salesforce-adjacent tools, and Aspen preferred.
- Willingness to travel to field markets as required.
Responsibilities
- Lead full Relationship Expansion activation cycles in assigned markets from diagnostic through close.
- Serve as the primary field presence for program portfolio delivery, including Workshops and 1:1 coaching.
- Partner with Senior Director on market plans and strategic planning with Managing Partners.
- Deliver coaching on share of wallet, held-away asset conversations, and opportunity-specific language.
- Track advisor progress and surfacing patterns in objection handling and pipeline conversion.
- Contribute to program design, coaching module development, and field messaging.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and provide market-level engagement reporting.
