Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise client-facing roles.
- Proven experience within a SaaS or healthtech environment.
- Strong commercial ownership background including revenue, renewal, and expansion management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and build narratives around data.
- High level of operational rigor for managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Startup mentality with comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Ability to operate at both strategic executive levels and detailed operational levels.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of proactive problem-solving.
- Clinical background or experience is a strong differentiator.
- Experience in senior living or post-acute care environments is a strong differentiator.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own operator relationships end-to-end as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
- Drive commercial outcomes including net dollar retention, expansion revenue, and renewals.
- Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) using data-driven storytelling.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships with high operational rigor and structure.
- Mentor and elevate CSMs and CSDs by sharing best practices and modeling excellence.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally by collaborating with Sales, Product, and clinical teams.
- Operate across strategic and operational levels, transitioning between executive presentations and clinical troubleshooting.
