Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL (Clickhouse), and Python.
- Experience with BI tools like Metabase.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence leadership.
- Ability to work with GitHub and Jupyter Hub.
- Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area to own the analytical function end-to-end.
- Define, scope, and prioritize business questions before performing analysis.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and design experiments to track performance.
- Surface data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Influence decisions across product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
