Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within an OPE or OPE parts manufacturer.
- 3+ years of field sales experience within an OPE or OPE parts manufacturer.
- Strong industry knowledge of professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment.
- Understanding of independent servicing dealer channels.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior management and business stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales goals and objectives for the business segment.
- Manage and maintain company-issued demo equipment.
- Conduct product training for distributor staff and key dealer personnel.
- Prospect and acquire new accounts to expand the commercial distribution base.
- Lead company participation in tradeshows and key marketing events.
- Develop initiatives to support new product launches within the assigned geography.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and field sales teams.
