Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (accredited).
  • One year of relevant work experience.
  • One year of consumer-based industry sales experience.
  • For internal candidates: nine months of proven success in a role involving customer interaction.
  • Proficient with computer and software applications.
  • Strong skills in building relationships, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  • Must be able to communicate with impact and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Must live and work in the US.
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit (or be an eligible internal employee in Tupelo, MS; Coraopolis, PA; or Lombard, IL).

Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer sales and cancellation requests via telephone.
  • Utilize consultative selling to acquire and retain customers.
  • Resolve customer service escalations within the defined territory.
  • Secure updated contract agreements and customer commitments.
  • Collaborate with the Market Area Sales Manager to resolve unique issues.
  • Use sales productivity software to manage proposals, pricing, and customer data.
  • Prepare complex proposals and recommendations for equipment optimization.
