Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Cold calling experience is a must.
- Account manager or customer care experience is extremely preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with multiple decision-makers over multiple levels of an organization.
- Ability to use consultative, benefits-based selling techniques.
- Strong discovery cadence to build rapport and identify client business structures and needs.
- Ability to leverage both internal and external resources to drive results.
- Proficient in Salesforce.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and activation of Large Pros through strategic inbound and outbound sales motions, managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Become an expert in the Thumbtack product to provide successful onboarding, effective service, and support for your retained book of business.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies that drive activation, retention, and expansion into additional service categories and geographic markets.
- Independently develop account strategies, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and leverage manager partnership on high-impact opportunities.
- Own pipeline strategy, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization using data-driven insights.
- Apply sound judgment to solve ambiguous business challenges and improve sales effectiveness through continuous learning.
