Requirements
- 6-8 years in a related role, including at least 2 years in management or coordination of others.
- Demonstrated experience in benefits administration within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance standards across jurisdictions.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting benefits programs across multiple countries or regions is preferred.
- Exposure to vendor management or benefits renewals is preferred.
- First-level or advanced university degree is preferred.
- Professional certification related to benefits or human resources is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day administration of global employee benefits programs, such as health and welfare, retirement and pension arrangements, statutory and supplemental leave programs, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide oversight and direction to benefits team members on program execution, escalations, service delivery standards, and adherence to global governance frameworks.
- Lead coordination and governance of global benefits renewals across markets, ensuring alignment to financial objectives, compliance requirements, market competitiveness, and organizational strategy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory requirements across jurisdictions, including data privacy laws and tax treatment of benefits.
- Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR Technology teams to support deductions, funding processes, and reporting obligations.
- Oversee global benefits administration platforms, including configuration governance, data integrity, and vendor performance management.
- Monitor global benefits operations performance, including service levels, audit findings, and process efficiency, implementing improvements as needed.
