Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or at least 9 years of combined education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a financial services or related environment.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in resource management, team leadership, and performance development.
- Proficiency with business software tools including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation platforms.
- Preferred: Certified Corporate Trust Specialist certification.
- Preferred: Project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow complex client relationships to support retention, expansion, and new business.
- Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and support staff.
- Oversee operational, administrative, and risk management activities to ensure compliance.
- Contribute to revenue generation through client engagement, cross-selling, and strategic development.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
- Participate in strategic planning and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and compensation recommendations.
- Monitor risk exposure and ensure timely escalation of issues.
