  • 3+ years of successful direct sales experience OR 3+ years of K-12 classroom experience
  • Experience in education technology or publishing
  • Proven track record of independent decision-making in business operations
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgment in complex sales situations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
  • Ability to travel 15-30% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies.
  • Apply advanced expertise in educational marketplace analysis and funding developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Exercise significant discretion and independent judgment in territory planning, pricing considerations, and resource deployment.
  • Assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions using the Amplify portfolio.
  • Manage business pipeline, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent analysis of territory trends and competitive landscapes to influence organizational strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to inform company-wide sales strategies and best practices.
