- 3+ years of successful direct sales experience OR 3+ years of K-12 classroom experience
- Experience in education technology or publishing
- Proven track record of independent decision-making in business operations
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and judgment in complex sales situations
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to travel 15-30% of the time
Responsibilities
- Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies.
- Apply advanced expertise in educational marketplace analysis and funding developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Exercise significant discretion and independent judgment in territory planning, pricing considerations, and resource deployment.
- Assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions using the Amplify portfolio.
- Manage business pipeline, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders.
- Conduct independent analysis of territory trends and competitive landscapes to influence organizational strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform company-wide sales strategies and best practices.
