Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years of successful direct sales experience OR experience in the education field.
  • Teaching or education tech/publishing experience.
  • Must reside within Oregon (OR).
  • Able to travel and willing to commit to a heavy travel schedule (60-70% travel) within the territory and for national sales meetings.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to schools and districts within the regional territory of Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies.
  • Apply expertise in educational marketplace analysis and funding developments to inform territory decisions.
  • Exercise independent judgment in customer engagement, pricing, and resource deployment.
  • Assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions using Amplify's portfolio.
  • Manage business pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key educational stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis of territory trends and competitive landscapes to influence organizational strategy.
