Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of successful direct sales experience OR experience in the education field.
- Teaching or education tech/publishing experience.
- Must reside within Oregon (OR).
- Able to travel and willing to commit to a heavy travel schedule (60-70% travel) within the territory and for national sales meetings.
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experience selling to schools and districts within the regional territory of Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies.
- Apply expertise in educational marketplace analysis and funding developments to inform territory decisions.
- Exercise independent judgment in customer engagement, pricing, and resource deployment.
- Assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions using Amplify's portfolio.
- Manage business pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key educational stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of territory trends and competitive landscapes to influence organizational strategy.
