Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of successful direct sales experience or experience in the education field
- Teaching or education tech/publishing experience
- Reside within Western Colorado or Southeastern Utah
- Able to commit to a heavy travel schedule (60-70% travel) within the territory and for national/regional sales meetings
- Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience selling to schools and districts within Western Colorado or Southeastern Utah
Responsibilities
- Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies.
- Apply expertise in educational marketplace analysis and funding developments to inform sales strategies.
- Exercise independent judgment in customer engagement, pricing, and resource deployment.
- Leverage product knowledge to assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions.
- Manage business pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning.
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders.
- Conduct independent analysis of territory trends and competitive landscapes.
