Requirements
- 6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships through excellent communication.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to construct ROI narratives and business cases.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts).
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, release management, CI/CD, or version control (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, executives, and champions.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive net revenue retention above 120%.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption and maintain gross revenue retention above 93%.
- Lead executive business reviews, translating platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
- Forecast renewal and expansion revenue in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to internal teams.
- Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.
