Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, strategy, or related roles in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
- Strong background in cross-functional program management, ideally in high-growth or consulting environments.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex, data-driven marketing systems, including KPI frameworks and performance reporting structures.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, including campaign execution and CRM integration.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience aligning diverse cross-functional teams.
- Experience in change management, process optimization, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing leadership to define and operationalize data-driven marketing strategies, including KPI frameworks, performance scorecards, and predictive analytics initiatives.
- Lead marketing operations and analytics efforts to ensure accurate, scalable, and actionable reporting across all marketing programs.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, product, and data teams to improve visibility, consistency, and decision-making.
- Oversee marketing performance tracking, ensuring clear visibility into campaign effectiveness, budget efficiency, and ROI against targets.
- Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure high-quality, compliant, and reliable marketing data across systems and tools.
- Act as a central operational liaison, resolving bottlenecks and improving communication across teams to accelerate execution.
- Lead optimization of marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and agility without introducing unnecessary complexity.
- Manage and support the Marketing Operations function, including campaign execution enablement, MarTech optimization, and reporting infrastructure.
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic marketing decisions.
