Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI, LLMs, natural language processing, or conversation design.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM prompting for OpenAI and Anthropic models.
- Proficiency in prompt parameters, components, and API interaction.
- Ability to quickly produce high-quality documentation, write-ups, or slideshows.
- Basic coding proficiency in Python for quick prototyping.
- Experience with low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Retool, or Make.
- Familiarity with data science or software engineering principles is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and ability to master new concepts quickly.
- Availability to work standard Eastern Time business hours (9 AM to 5 PM ET).
Responsibilities
- Research, document, test, and ideate best ways to achieve customer goals using LLMs and AI tools.
- Become an expert in the dialogue platform to answer questions and train others on prompting.
- Utilize prompting, knowledge-base creation, and fine-tuning to enhance AI capabilities.
- Create small-scale prototypes using Python and low-code automation tools to test complex prompting.
- Develop multi-media prompting strategies and workflows involving images, video, and text embedding models.
