Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical SaaS delivery experience in implementation, onboarding, or professional services.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying, or managing agentic AI workflows.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise-level project management, risk mitigation, and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to design and communicate implementation strategies for complex customer needs.
  • Experience facilitating steering committees and executive-level reviews.
  • Strong technical background in SaaS integrations, APIs, and web technologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Jira, and Monday.com.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for executive-level decision-making.
  • Strong resource management skills and capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes beyond onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize engagement models for enterprise rollouts and phased deployments.
  • Lead high-touch, multi-phase implementations including complex technical integrations and JavaScript deployment.
  • Manage the end-to-end deployment of Agentic AI workflows within customer ecosystems.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate project records, track milestones, and ensure adherence to Service Level Objectives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
  • Provide data-driven reporting to executive leadership on performance and adoption.
