Requirements
- 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing a team of account managers or strategic account executives within the enterprise segment.
- Demonstrated track record of success in platform or SaaS sales.
- Experience building high-performing sales teams, managing forecasting, and supporting fiscal planning.
- Proficiency in data-driven methodology, pipeline management, and quantitative analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with internal and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives focused on revenue growth and cross-selling in the healthcare sector.
- Drive consultative sales strategies to help customers innovate using communication solutions.
- Support team pipeline development and progress, including executing complex deals and leading strategic meetings.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions to provide deal guidance, motivation, and career development.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable weekly sales forecasts to upper management.
