Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required at minimum.
- Former military officer at O-5 level OR experienced account manager with DoW account experience.
- Post-service experience at a defense prime or large systems integrator.
- Deep working knowledge of MDM (Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF), MTD, and remote browser isolation.
- Command of zero-trust architecture and DISA/DoW zero-trust strategies.
- Fluency in DoW procurement including POM/PPBE funding cycles, OTAs, IDIQs, BPAs, and ATO/RMF processes.
- Proven track record growing large, complex government accounts.
- Ability to travel up to 40% to customer sites, the Pentagon, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Own renewal, retention, and the commercial health of all active DoW contracts.
- Lead contract modifications, option-year exercises, and re-competes.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope on renewals and expansions.
- Develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across new users, commands, and use cases.
- Map buying centers to find unfunded or underfunded mobile security requirements.
- Build expansion business cases tied to mission priorities and compliance obligations.
- Maintain accurate account plans, renewal forecasts, and expansion pipeline in CRM.
