Requirements
- Experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Based in an APJ / APAC timezone to provide strong coverage for a globally distributed leadership team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience working in async, remote-first, or globally distributed teams.
- Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong judgment regarding prioritization, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly.
- Energized by fast-moving priorities and solving problems proactively.
Responsibilities
- Own the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and day-to-day operating rhythm.
- Manage inbox triage and communications by monitoring emails, drafting responses, and keeping communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials so the CEO is ready for every meeting.
- Track follow-ups, decisions, and commitments to help projects move forward and keep stakeholders accountable.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, logistics, scheduling changes, and last-minute adjustments.
- Support investor meetings, board-related preparation, executive meetings, offsites, and company-wide moments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Anticipate needs, identify blockers early, and solve problems proactively before they escalate.
- Partner across the company to create clarity, improve coordination, and help leadership operate effectively in a global, remote-first environment.
