- 10+ years of progressive growth experience in consumer subscription.
- 4+ years in senior leadership managing Director-level reports.
- Proven mastery across paid (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) and organic (SEO, Content, ASO) acquisition.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling channels or brands with measurable results.
- Expert proficiency in data, analytics, and BI tools.
- Strong command of attribution modeling, unit economics, and viral loop modeling.
- Proven ability to thrive in a Series B/C startup environment.
- Resourceful and execution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated success influencing product and engineering roadmaps within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end user acquisition growth strategy across paid, organic, and product channels.
- Manage forecasting, resource allocation, and marketing investment efficiency based on LTV:CAC and viral coefficient performance.
- Lead, mentor, and align direct reports executing across all acquisition and growth channels.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize features that drive product-led acquisition and onboarding hooks.
- Build unified attribution models capturing paid, organic, and viral acquisition data.
- Champion A/B testing across acquisition channels, referral mechanics, and product surfaces.
- Oversee strategy and budget for paid performance marketing and direct organic/content-led acquisition strategies.
- Manage App Store Optimization and affiliate marketing partnerships.
