Requirements

10+ years of experience in marketing with 5+ years leading teams.
Proven track record of owning both brand and performance/demand generation at scale.
Experience in multi-location, franchise, marketplace, hospitality, travel, or real estate.
Hands-on experience managing a franchise marketing fund, co-op ad fund, or pooled marketing budget.
Deep fluency in paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and attribution.
Proven cross-functional leadership skills to align operations and web/product partners.
Demonstrated experience adopting AI and automation in marketing workflows.
Sound financial stewardship and comfort managing significant budgets.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean, and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Set national brand strategy and positioning to grow homeowner and guest awareness.
Build and maintain the Casago brand system identity, voice, and visual standards across every franchise market.
Manage strategy, budgeting, and transparent reporting for the official franchise marketing fund.
Partner with the owner growth team to generate homeowner leads and grow homes under management.
Work with web teams on SEO, content, conversion, and digital strategy for Vacasa.com and Casago.com.
Deliver turnkey local marketing playbooks, templates, and co-op programs to the franchise network.
Build a lean martech and content stack utilizing AI and automation.
Lead, hire, and develop a high-leverage marketing team and agency partners.
