Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or business intelligence, focused on marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in general consulting or an analytical operations function.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels.
  • Strong background in math, science, finance, engineering, or statistics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
  • Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
  • Strong technical background in marketing data infrastructure and Google products (Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads).
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to explain complex issues simply and intuitively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, build models, test hypotheses, develop prototypes, and write SQL scripts to inform marketing decisions.
  • Use descriptive and diagnostic analytics to provide actionable recommendations for marketing leaders.
  • Define metrics aligned with company strategy and objectives.
  • Measure and diagnose performance of SEM, SEO, and Generative AI channels to guide budget and strategy.
  • Map marketing processes and data flows across acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, operations, and tool efficiency.
  • Manage and prioritize requests from diverse marketing stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain marketing data infrastructure including integration of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads.
