Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced SQL expertise with the ability to independently analyze large and complex datasets.
- Strong experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or comparable business intelligence platforms.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, attribution modeling, customer lifecycle analysis, cohort analysis, retention metrics, and lifetime value modeling.
- Experience communicating analytical findings and business recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner supporting marketing initiatives across multiple business lines, providing strategic insights that improve business performance.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting frameworks to measure marketing campaign effectiveness across various acquisition and engagement channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, audience behavior, and retention metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and manage marketing attribution models that support data-driven budgeting, optimization, and investment decisions.
- Support conference and membership marketing initiatives through registration analysis, engagement reporting, audience segmentation, and lifecycle analytics.
- Design executive dashboards and recurring reports that communicate business performance and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Write advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets and develop scalable reporting solutions using business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and analytical infrastructure.
- Support experimentation initiatives by measuring A/B tests, evaluating campaign performance, and delivering recommendations based on statistical analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends, business risks, and strategic opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders.
