Job Details

10+ years in marketing with 5+ years leading teams.
Proven track record of owning both brand and performance/demand generation at scale.
Experience in a multi-location, franchise, marketplace, hospitality, travel, or real estate environment.
Hands-on experience managing a franchise marketing fund, co-op ad fund, or pooled marketing budget.
Proficiency in paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and attribution analytics.
Experience with cross-functional leadership and aligning operations and product teams.
Demonstrated adoption of AI and automation tools in marketing workflows.
Financial stewardship experience, including managing and being accountable for significant budgets.
Strong communication skills with a bias for action and a low-ego, curious mindset.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean environment.

Set national brand strategy and positioning to grow awareness among homeowners and guests.
Build and maintain the Casago brand system identity and voice, ensuring consistent application across all franchise markets.
Steward the franchise marketing fund by overseeing strategy, budgeting, allocation, and transparent reporting to ensure network-wide impact.
Partner with the owner growth team to enable demand generation and build qualified owner leads.
Work with web teams on SEO, content, and conversion strategies to grow guest demand and direct bookings.
Deliver local marketing playbooks, templates, and AI-powered tools to the franchise network.
Build a lean martech and content stack incorporating AI and automation.
Hire, develop, and lead a high-leverage marketing team along with agency and vendor partners.
