Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in segment, demand, or product marketing leadership.
- Experience managing managers.
- Proven track record of rapidly growing a named segment.
- Demonstrated command of both demand creation and product marketing strategies.
- AI-first mindset with experience scaling team output through modern tooling.
- Healthcare IT experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling across acute and ambulatory or multi-product portfolios is a plus.
- Experience supporting an exit or diligence process is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the demand-created number across acute and non-acute market segments.
- Define segment strategy and messaging based on market intelligence.
- Lead and develop the segment owners and product marketing team.
- Manage platform story, product launches, competitive positioning, and roadmap feedback.
- Oversee cross-sell demand strategy in partnership with Customer Success.
- Lead enterprise deal enablement and the referral and advocacy engine.
- Collaborate with the Performance team to define and measure qualified demand handoffs.
