Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in segment, demand, or product marketing leadership.
  • Experience managing managers.
  • Proven track record of rapidly growing a named segment.
  • Demonstrated command of both demand creation and product marketing strategies.
  • AI-first mindset with experience scaling team output through modern tooling.
  • Healthcare IT experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling across acute and ambulatory or multi-product portfolios is a plus.
  • Experience supporting an exit or diligence process is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand-created number across acute and non-acute market segments.
  • Define segment strategy and messaging based on market intelligence.
  • Lead and develop the segment owners and product marketing team.
  • Manage platform story, product launches, competitive positioning, and roadmap feedback.
  • Oversee cross-sell demand strategy in partnership with Customer Success.
  • Lead enterprise deal enablement and the referral and advocacy engine.
  • Collaborate with the Performance team to define and measure qualified demand handoffs.
