Requirements
- 3+ years managing paid social or paid search campaigns.
- Expert-level command of Meta Ads Manager as a daily workflow tool.
- Functional working knowledge of Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Twitter/X Ads.
- Strong command of performance data and ability to translate numbers into optimization decisions.
- Ability to evaluate ad creative from a performance lens.
- Experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
- Familiarity with incrementality testing and attribution methodology.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with mobile apps, games, or subscription products preferred.
- Experience with AI tools for ad copy iteration or workflow automation is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, Snap, and Twitter/X.
- Build and optimize campaigns across prospecting and retargeting funnels.
- Allocate budgets to maximize ROAS and achieve CPA targets.
- Maintain a rigorous testing cadence for audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with Creative and Design teams to brief and evaluate ad performance.
- Track and interpret campaign KPIs including CPI, CPR, LTV, and retention cohorts.
- Build performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Connect ad platform data with product and revenue metrics.
