- Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Shopify.
- Experience in the music industry (preferred).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product builds, correct listings, and styling.
- Execute digital album campaigns from start to finish, ensuring global alignment and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute promotions on-site and across artist channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage inventory quantities, track stock between vendors, and monitor warehouse delivery.
