Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading commercial transformation in an enterprise software scale-up.
  • Experience owning at least one full annual planning cycle end-to-end.
  • Proven track record of designing, deploying, and measuring AI workflows in a commercial setting.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce; certification is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with the AI-native commercial stack such as Clari, Gong, Outreach, or Clay.
  • Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Sandler, or Miller Heiman.
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence in SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience leading change management across a commercial team.
  • Deep understanding of modern commercial KPIs including CAC payback, NRR, and gross retention.
  • Strong presentation and data-storytelling skills for executive and board-level reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage agencies, and hold commercial teams to account on process discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual revenue planning cycle end-to-end, including capacity, territories, quotas, and compensation.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and governance of AI workflows and agents across the commercial team.
  • Execute change management programs to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and AI workflows.
  • Manage the commercial data model, governance, and the broader commercial tech stack including Salesforce.
  • Define and lead operating cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecasting, and QBRs.
  • Define and instrument commercial KPIs to drive performance improvements and provide board-level reporting.
  • Oversee pricing frameworks, deal desk, and discount governance to protect commercial margins.
  • Develop the Sales Playbook and support the delivery of company kick-off and enablement events.
