Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the cybersecurity or technology industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling directly into UK public sector accounts.
- Demonstrated success in selling new, disruptive cyber software solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Working knowledge of UK public sector procurement frameworks including G-Cloud and CCS agreements.
- Familiarity with UK government cybersecurity standards like Cyber Essentials and NCSC guidance.
- Existing professional relationships with UK public sector resellers and system integrators.
- Proficiency in CRM management, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 50–60% within the UK for meetings and events.
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and expand Horizon3.ai's footprint across UK public sector organisations including local government, healthcare, and higher education.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key public sector decision-makers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with public sector-focused channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
- Execute a business plan to surpass bookings quota and unite demand generation functions.
- Develop and run marketing activities including events, messaging, and customer advocacy.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and closure.
- Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
