Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, or digital campaign management.
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, PropellerAds, Looker Studio, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable using platforms such as Asana or Google Workspace.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Genuine passion for performance marketing and sports media.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is strongly preferred).
- Must be based in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of international sports websites and platforms.
- Monitor live campaigns using tools such as ReachEffect, PropellerAds, and Google Sheets, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, viewability, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Review advertising materials to ensure full compliance with format requirements and legal standards.
- Work closely with the sales team, clients, and publishing partners to guarantee seamless campaign delivery and transparent communication.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to tags, creatives, and scripts, partnering with the IT team to find quick solutions.
- Keep publisher records accurate and up to date, and verify invoicing to ensure correct campaign margins.
- Deliver clear, insightful reports and regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
