Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in software development or technology services.
  • Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with sizable contract values.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a sales or business development team.
  • Hands-on ability to manage full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong commercial instinct regarding scoping, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Excellent English (C1+) with the ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools such as HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work self-directed and manage team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own and hit a personal revenue number across new business and account growth.
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads and execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of business developers and SDRs, setting targets and conducting regular 1:1s.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and provide performance forecasts to leadership.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and with delivery teams on scoping and account health.
