Requirements
- Completed degree or equivalent IT-oriented vocational training.
- Multi-year professional experience in B2B sales of software solutions in IT management, infrastructure, or security.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and strategic development of existing enterprise clients.
- Experience in direct interaction with software manufacturers.
- Experience managing complex sales and customer processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident demeanor and intuitive understanding of complex customer requirements.
- High willingness to travel (approx. 30% within NRW).
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent, negotiation-level English language skills (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Steer complex sales processes through to closing with full revenue and margin responsibility.
- Strategically expand existing client relationships and acquire new enterprise customers.
- Qualify and develop leads until successful contract closure.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Provide consulting, conceptualize solutions, and conduct product demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with ManageEngine product teams.
- Represent MicroNova and ManageEngine at trade fairs and events.
