Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Preferred experience within the OEM, automotive, powersports, or financial services industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and make decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and obtain results without direct supervision.
  • High level of computer proficiency with MS Office suite.
  • Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability and willingness to travel >75%, with overnights required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine dealer visits to review sales production and gross profit margins.
  • Facilitate debrief meetings with dealership staff to implement best practices.
  • Analyze sales data and F&I processes to identify revenue growth and compliance opportunities.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business plans for dealerships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing situational role-play training and menu presentation techniques.
  • Serve as a primary resource for dealer principals and management regarding products and services.
  • Liaise between finance product providers, internal company departments, and the dealership network.
