Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Documented track record of driving results in CX, Collaboration, CCaaS, or SaaS within SLED accounts.
- Expertise in direct SLED selling and indirect channel ecosystems.
- Proven experience in team leadership, talent development, and mentorship.
- Deep understanding of the SLED industry landscape and competitive strategies.
- Ability to architect and execute regional sales strategies.
- Experience managing and expanding key account relationships at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Direct and mentor a team of field sales associates to consistently exceed regional revenue targets.
- Take full ownership of the region's talent roadmap, including strategic recruitment and onboarding.
- Conduct performance coaching to help personnel master full-portfolio selling.
- Develop and adapt regional strategies to outmaneuver competition in the marketplace.
- Lead high-stakes sales cycles and resolve strategic conflicts to close critical deals.
- Review comprehensive account plans to ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain relationships with large SLED accounts as a trusted executive advisor.
- Collaborate with channel partners to drive mutual revenue growth and address coverage gaps.
