Requirements

  • Expertise in direct SLED selling and indirect channel ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, talent development, and mentorship.
  • Deep understanding of the SLED industry landscape and competitive strategies.
  • Ability to architect and execute regional sales strategies.
  • Experience managing and expanding key account relationships at the executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and mentor a team of field sales associates to consistently exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Take full ownership of the region's talent roadmap, including strategic recruitment and onboarding.
  • Conduct performance coaching to help personnel master full-portfolio selling.
  • Develop and adapt regional strategies to outmaneuver competition in the marketplace.
  • Lead high-stakes sales cycles and resolve strategic conflicts to close critical deals.
  • Review comprehensive account plans to ensure flawless execution.
  • Maintain relationships with large SLED accounts as a trusted executive advisor.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive mutual revenue growth and address coverage gaps.
