  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a remote international headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines via platforms like LinkedIn and professional networking.
  • Lead US new-hire orientation and manage offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.
  • Organize team events and programs to foster culture and employee engagement.
  • Manage US benefits programs including health, 401k, and PTO administration.
  • Administer compensation plans and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
