Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Operations, or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws.
- Knowledge of payroll basics and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working with a remote international headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process.
- Proactively build talent pipelines via platforms like LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Lead US new-hire orientation and manage offboarding procedures.
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback processes.
- Organize team events and programs to foster culture and employee engagement.
- Manage US benefits programs including health, 401k, and PTO administration.
- Administer compensation plans and ensure market competitiveness.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
