Requirements

  • 3+ years of HR Operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with US payroll processing.
  • Experience with leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD).
  • Knowledge of US payroll and leave laws.
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
  • Strong empathy and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and audit US payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage multi-state payroll compliance including tax and SUI.
  • Support international payroll and benefits coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day US benefits administration and open enrollment.
  • Own full leave administration lifecycle (FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, etc.).
  • Maintain HRIS (Rippling) data, employee records, and reporting.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and audits.
