Requirements
- 3+ years of HR Operations experience.
- Hands-on experience with US payroll processing.
- Experience with leave administration (FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD).
- Knowledge of US payroll and leave laws.
- Experience with Rippling HRIS.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
- Strong empathy and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, process, and audit US payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage multi-state payroll compliance including tax and SUI.
- Support international payroll and benefits coordination.
- Manage day-to-day US benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Own full leave administration lifecycle (FMLA, ADA, disability, parental, etc.).
- Maintain HRIS (Rippling) data, employee records, and reporting.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and audits.
