Responsibilities
- Manage finances, payments to vendors and contractors, and supervise accountants.
- Support bookkeeping, annual audits, and compliance requirements.
- Handle HR logistics including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Provide fiscal sponsorship support to Pathfinder groups, including onboarding and compliance monitoring.
- Process grants and manage expense processing.
- Develop internal systems and automations to streamline operational workflows.
- Handle program logistics, inbox triage, and participant support.
