Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Must have a current UK Government clearance or the eligibility to successfully pass UK Government Clearance.
- Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall, LEAN, or Kanban).
- Understanding of security controls and frameworks including SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO-2700X, NIST, NIST-CSF, COBIT, SANS, ITAF, IIA, CMMI, and SDLC.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex audit requests into clear, actionable data for IT teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to bridge technical IT operations and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP certification is preferred; CSM, ACP, 6-SIGMA, PgMP, or ITIL are desired additions.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage structured programs to maintain EIT environments in constant preparation for re-certification and complex compliance inspections.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit teams to provide evidence for ITGC (e.g., SOX, SOC 2, FFIEC, Country Regulatory Audits).
- Manage quality and implementation of remediation actions for IT-related findings.
- Identify risks and design controls to mitigate them, such as IAM management or hardware/software lifecycle management.
- Define metrics and KPIs to support monitoring of IT systems like vulnerability management and CMMI goals.
- Prepare status reports summarizing risk assessments and compliance status for management.
- Partner with Information Security to deliver educational content that fosters a culture of compliance awareness.
