Job Details

Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and the development, design, and implementation of IT strategies.
Several years of experience in IT consulting, specifically in process consulting and organizational development.
Very good knowledge of established IT frameworks such as ITIL, SIAM, COBIT, or SAFe.
Extensive expertise in IT strategy, IT transformation, digitalization methods, and technology trends.
Practical experience with ITSM platforms.
Demonstrable project success in consulting or similar project environments.
Strong analytical skills and experience in deriving actionable recommendations.
High level of customer orientation and experience managing management-level stakeholders.
Proven project leadership and team management skills.
Strong self-organization capabilities in a remote environment.
Willingness to travel for occasional on-site client meetings.

Develop future-proof IT organizational models and strategy components based on market standards and best practices.
Design holistic IT organizations, including processes, roles, responsibilities, and service portfolios.
Manage transition processes to new target organizations, including stakeholder management and process implementation.
Lead complex client projects including planning, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Develop strategic recommendations and implementation concepts based on thorough analysis.
Manage stakeholder relationships and build long-term partnerships with clients.
Coach and develop junior consultants and interdisciplinary project teams.
Support business development activities and proposal creation.
