Requirements
- Previous experience in consultative sales with complex, high technology solutions.
- Experience in telecommunications, networking, wireless, cellular, or the facility industry preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and competitive drive.
- Must be capable of lifting within regulatory limits.
- Willingness to undertake regular national business travel.
- May require COVID vaccination to enter certain customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Establish, build, and manage client relationships.
- Aggressively close sales.
- Achieve sales goals and maintain sales plans.
- Interact with customers at the technical level as required.
- Remain current on relevant technical information via industry events.
- Identify existing DAS venues without maintenance contracts and propose support plans.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
- Apply company standard processes to the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions.
