Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Call Center experience preferred.
- Customer Service experience preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. CST, with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized insurance quotes and exceptional service for non-Horace Mann products.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and address client inquiries through email, phone, and web channels.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to process quotes and applications.
- Bind policies and ensure proper documentation, including securing approvals, payments, and signatures.
- Track and report key performance metrics while maintaining quality reviews.
- Achieve production goals through consistent client engagement and follow-ups.
- Utilize sales techniques to maintain strong close ratios and service levels.
