Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SMB/Commercial Account Executive, or Senior BDR roles.
- Proven experience owning opportunities and carrying a revenue quota.
- Full sales cycle and sales closing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer conversations from discovery through close.
- Comfort engaging both business and technical stakeholders such as developers, architects, and IT leaders.
- Strong forecasting and deal management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM hygiene (Salesforce).
- Self-starter mindset with strong accountability.
- Familiarity with technical SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products is preferred.
- Experience with Java, cloud platforms, or enterprise IT environments is a plus.
- Experience closing transactional or mid-market deals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source new Prime opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing Azul accounts.
- Partner with Marketing and Channel teams on campaign follow-up and account-based outreach.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and technical value drivers.
- Drive opportunities to Prime trials in coordination with Sales Engineering and Account Executives.
- Maintain deal momentum through structured follow-ups and engagement.
- Close deals independently and co-sell larger opportunities with assigned Account Executives.
- Support pricing, negotiation, and procurement processes.
- Provide accurate deal status updates and forecasting in Salesforce.
