Requirements
- Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales motions.
- Proven success in hiring, growing, and developing talent.
- Strategic mindset regarding process, enablement, and operational excellence.
- Strong business and technical acumen to connect capabilities to measurable outcomes.
- Ability to influence Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
- Experience building POC frameworks, RFP libraries, or competitive playbooks.
- Empathetic understanding of enterprise Talent teams and workflows.
- Background as a technical individual contributor (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or enterprise talent acquisition workflows preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in scaling organizations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing Solutions Engineers.
- Coach team on enterprise-specific skills including discovery, POC design, security and compliance, and technical storytelling.
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline priorities and drive execution in complex deals.
- Oversee team involvement in demos, security reviews, and RFPs involving diverse stakeholders.
- Refine and scale enterprise SE processes, such as POC frameworks, trial structures, and internal knowledge bases.
- Identify patterns from the field to provide product feedback and roadmap input to Engineering and Product teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives from diagnosis to impact, managing change and driving adoption across the organization.
