Requirements

  • Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance, HR, Executive sponsors).
  • Ability to design and improve scalable processes, frameworks, and enablement systems.
  • Strong technical and business acumen with the ability to connect product capabilities to enterprise outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Hands-on mindset with experience building POCs, demos, or technical evaluation frameworks.
  • Background in Applicant Tracking Systems or HR Tech is a plus.
  • Experience as a former Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical IC role is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers supporting enterprise sales cycles.
  • Guide the team in complex technical sales motions including discovery, demos, POCs, security reviews, and RFPs.
  • Partner with enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy and execution across multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Oversee solution design and ensure alignment between customer workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Build and refine scalable enterprise SE processes including demo frameworks, POC methodologies, and enablement tools.
  • Develop competitive positioning, integration playbooks, and technical knowledge bases for enterprise engagements.
  • Translate field insights into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Step in directly on strategic deals when deep technical expertise is required.
