Responsibilities
- Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products.
- Uphold a high technical bar while making pragmatic development tradeoffs.
- Improve the pace of team execution through leadership and technical expertise.
- Grow the team by identifying needs, defining evaluation criteria, and hiring high-impact engineers.
- Up-level the team on reliability, reducing incidents, and establishing strong incident management hygiene.
