Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality management of software, hardware, or complex systems.
- Proven experience managing a team of direct reports.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, and ISO 21434.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with evolving infrastructure.
- Experience delivering production systems from prototype to in-field maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate practical quality management procedures across engineering divisions.
- Support rapid engineering development by conducting root cause analysis and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with development, V&V, and corporate quality management teams on quality assurance delivery.
- Communicate QMS processes and work instructions covering hardware, software, and systems development.
- Implement automated inspection methods and data analytics to monitor QMS system health.
- Facilitate regular audits, feedback reporting, and QMS training materials.
- Identify and track release artifacts, requirements, and configuration items throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide people leadership including recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance management, and career development.
