Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital, consulting, or product-led services.
- Strong focus on net-new business development within the Retail, Travel & Hospitality industries.
- Proven ability to sell complex, industry-led solutions to C-level executives (CDO, CMO, CXO, CIO/CTO).
- Experience selling digital product design, customer experience, application development, and technology transformation.
- Demonstrated experience positioning AI and related technologies in a human-centric manner.
- Deep domain expertise in omnichannel commerce, unified customer profiles, supply chain visibility, and loyalty ecosystems.
- Consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work as a self-starter.
- Capacity to articulate industry trends and unique value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition by targeting executives and change agents in the Retail, Travel & Hospitality sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, leading conversations that connect industry knowledge with Launch’s digital product and customer experience capabilities.
- Proactively originate demand within strategic accounts by identifying whitespace and crafting account-specific points of view.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies (ABS) to secure new buying opportunities.
- Partner with design, product, and engineering experts to translate client needs into pragmatic, high-impact digital solutions.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams as the deal quarterback to manage structured deal progression and align stakeholders.
