Requirements
- 5-10 years of benefits consulting experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex client accounts across diverse market segments.
- Deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
- Expertise in various funding mechanisms.
- Life & Health Producer’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms (nice to have).
- Team or project leadership experience (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and accountability for the success and retention of an assigned book of business.
- Lead and manage the execution of Bennie’s consulting model for assigned customers.
- Develop and execute the annual customer account plan for all assigned customers.
- Work collaboratively with the consulting delivery team to implement strategic initiatives.
- Drive customer results and support team development.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to educate customers.
- Collaborate with sales, tech operations, and product teams to support business and operational development.
- Maintain relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal collaborators.
