Requirements

  • 5-10 years of benefits consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client accounts across diverse market segments.
  • Deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
  • Expertise in various funding mechanisms.
  • Life & Health Producer’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms (nice to have).
  • Team or project leadership experience (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and accountability for the success and retention of an assigned book of business.
  • Lead and manage the execution of Bennie’s consulting model for assigned customers.
  • Develop and execute the annual customer account plan for all assigned customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the consulting delivery team to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Drive customer results and support team development.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to educate customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, tech operations, and product teams to support business and operational development.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, strategic partners, and internal collaborators.
